How do we ensure we have a smooth handover when we implement the NutriFresh system?

NutriFresh will provide a "buddy" system in the first month followed by regular visits. Your food service staff will spend a day at NutriFresh to see how the system works and also spend time at other facilities that use the cook chill system, giving them an opportunity to ask questions. You will be given a regeneration manual showing how each dish is regenerated and handy tips and garnishing ideas. Finally a NutriFresh chef will work with your kitchen staff to show them how to regenerate food, presentation and general kitchen practices.
